Human Resources and Client Intake Coordinator

Comfort Keepers is an international home care company servicing seniors and others in need of assistance. We are looking for a versatile team member to serve as our Human Resources and Client Intake Coordinator for our office in Toronto, ON.

Key duties:

Human Resources:

  • Source, screen and select front line staff (mostly companion caregivers and PSW’s)
  • Assist with on-boarding and ongoing training

Client Care:

  • Handle client intake calls and schedule In Home Visits
  • Assist with office duties such as Scheduling and other administrative support.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in business management, health care, human resources, or similar degree.
  • Healthcare background an asset. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including EXCELLENT PHONE MANNER
  • Requires an aptitude for technology including experience with Microsoft Office and ideally, some scheduling software.
  • Strong team player
