Comfort Keepers is the world's trusted source of home care services for seniors. Our local office is seeking experienced bookkeeper with extensive Quickbooks knowledge to provide part-time bookkeeping support.

With over 750 locally owned offices in the U.S, we are one of the most successful and respected national networks offering in-home care services. Our local office is growing steadily and we are looking for special individuals who are accountable, proficient and dependable so that we can continue to focus on providing loving care for our clients.

Duties may include:

  • Billing and Invoicing
  • A/P and A/R Processing
  • Employee payroll with QuickBooks
  • Account reconciliation
  • Paying Bills
  • Financial reporting

Position Requirements :

The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of experience with bookkeeping/accounting and be knowledgeable in all aspects of bookkeeping including AP, AR, reconciliations, and payroll. A successful candidate should be highly motivated, extremely organized, reliable, and a team player.

  • 5 years of experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Diligent, self-directed, focused nature
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
