Comfort Keepers Rapid City has been providing home care services to people living in the Black Hills area of South Dakota since 2003! Our assisted living and care services allow seniors with the opportunity to live in their own homes for as long as possible. We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our home care team and begin their rewarding career making a difference in the lives of individuals in their community.
The primary role of the Service Delivery Specialist is to work with our Client Services Team to provide the very best in-home care for our clients. Under the direction of the Client Care Manager, the Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for periodically rotating through all clients shifts in order to gain detailed information on the required care for the client. The Plan of Care will then be updated with the changes, status of the client will be provided to the Client Services team and detailed information passed along to the Comfort Keepers. The Service Delivery Specialist will also be available to start up new clients, do meet and greets, offer solutions for Service Recovery efforts, provide staff training and support and ensure that excellent service delivery is being performed.
The Service Delivery Specialist will be based from the Rapid City home office supporting the office staff through administrative duties. These duties will include: answering the phone, greeting visitors, intake calls, other duties as assigned and team support.
Qualifications and Skills
Office environment as well as client’s homes. Requires travel in personal or company vehicle to visit clients, care team, referral sources, and as needed.
