Assistant Scheduler

Comfort Keepers of Haddonfield is actively seeking to fill this new addition to our Administrative Team. Individual will work primarily out of our Cherry Hill Office location. This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. Base work Schedule 9-5. Some flexibility with hours may be available.

Duties include:

  • Working with Scheduler to ensure visits are filled with appropriate Comfort Keepers
  • Communications with Comfort Keepers, Admin team members, clients and client family members
  • Taking incoming calls to scheduling office
  • Supporting clients/family members with online Family portal
  • Providing personal/companion care to clients on an as needed basis
  • Working one weekend day (may work from home on this day)

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills within a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Must be able to provide personal and companion level care to clients (CHHA preferred or commitment to being trained in-house to become certified within first 90 days)
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others is essential
  • Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity

This position is open at our Cherry Hill Office, located at 523 Hollywood Avenue Suite 207, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. our office serves the Maple Shade, Cherry Hill, Columbus and Haddonfield areas, and this position may require travel to those areas.
